General Rate Information
All rates are net. Agency discounts do not apply. Additional discounts for insertions of 27 of more ads will be quoted upon request. All advertising content is subject to the approval of the publisher. Contracts begin with the date of the first insertion. Multiple insertions in any issue will count toward frequency fulfillment. Contract periods are for 12 months.
Color Rates
Back Page Full Color (59 x 68 picas) $1625. $50 per hour color late fee after 11 am on Monday.
4-COLOR
$250 per page plus one-time toning fee of $125 per photo, if applicable.
SPOT COLOR (up to 3-colors)
$100 per page. Layout fee of $50 per hour and charges may apply, if applicable.
BUSINESS CARD ADS
Business Card Ads (19 x 10 picas) $75.00 each • 6 or more insertions - $65.00 each
(Entire business card ad contract must be paid in advance for new customers).

CLOSING DATES
Advertising
Space reservations and materials are due by 5:00 pm Friday - 10 days prior to publication date. Cancellations must be in writing and cannot be accepted after the closing date. Publisher reserves the right to repeat the most recent ad and charge for the space reserved when no acceptable copy is received by the closing date.
News releases
Announcements and news releases are accepted anytime by email at brevardbusinessnews@earthlink.net and are considered for publication. Items submitted for inclusion in the editorial content of Brevard Business News will be used on a space-available basis. Photographs may be black and white or color. All information and materials submitted become the property of Brevard Business News and will not be returned.
Material Specifications
Ad material should be prepared to the specifications as indicated on the rate table. Ads submitted using alternative sizes will be charged at $20.00 per inch or will be adapted to fit Brevard Business News specifications.
